Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

Launched in mid-2015, Lady Emblem was created as the feminine counterpart to Montblanc's Emblem fragrance from the previous year, conceived as a sophisticated floral-fruity-woody composition built entirely around the rose — chosen as the universal symbol of elegance and femininity. It opens with a shining, unexpected blend of sake notes, pink pepper and pink grapefruit, sparkling and slightly spiced in a way that sets it apart from more predictable floral openers. The heart unfolds into a voluptuous bouquet centred on jasmine and a precious, freshly-cut Rose Essential, lifted by sparks of pomegranate for a bittersweet fruity edge that keeps the florals from feeling one-dimensional. The base settles into creamy sandalwood and warm amber notes, illuminated by musk crystals for a finish the brand describes as "dazzling" — smooth, elegant, and genuinely long-lasting.
On skin, Lady Emblem wears romantic, polished, and quietly luxurious — a fragrance built for the woman who wants her rose with real depth rather than a fleeting, powdery sweetness.
