- Free Delivery on orders of AED 200 and above.
- On orders below AED 200, AED 18 standard delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

Returns & Refunds
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Perfumes and cosmetics must have sealed packaging intact
- If the product is defective, damaged or incomplete

No. Exchanges are not available. Eligible items may be returned for a refund only.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to process and post the refund
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
