Return Window:

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility:

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Perfumes and cosmetics must have sealed packaging intact.

Provide your order number, images of the product and reason for return.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
Return Shipping Cost:
- If the product is defective, damaged or incomplete, Bond Luxury will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons (example: change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned items.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are not available. Customers may return eligible items for a refund only.

Opened or used perfumes or cosmetics
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
