Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

This is not the sharp, peppery ginger root you might expect. It is something altogether rarer — a warm, floral ginger that smells like sunlight on tropical skin.
The opening is vivid and immediately captivating — ginger flower, lemon, and bergamot arriving together in a fizzy, effervescent burst that feels like a sparkling, top-shelf cocktail in the best possible way. The ginger flower leads with a humid, luminous warmth that is genuinely unlike any conventional ginger fragrance — closer to sunlight on a tropical bloom than anything spiced or culinary. As the composition develops, mandarin, magnolia, jasmine, and rose emerge at the heart in a soft, golden floral bouquet that deepens the ginger without overwhelming it — more floral and golden than spicy, adding elegance and smoothness to the citrus-ginger opening.
