Delivery Coverage:

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed the same day of receiving orders.

Operating Hours:

Monday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GST / UTC +4)

Delivery Timelines:

Dubai: Same Day Delivery available in Dubai on orders placed before 5 pm for an additional AED 40.

United Arab Emirates: 1-3 days standard delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays.

Delivery Partner:

We partner with Quiqup to ensure your orders are delivered securely and on time. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

Shipping Fees:

Dubai Same Day Delivery: AED 40.

United Arab Emirates (Standard Delivery): AED 20

Free standard delivery on orders of AED 200 and above across the UAE.

Return Shipping Cost:

• If the product is defective, damaged or incomplete, Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ will cover the return shipping cost. 
• For all other reasons (example: change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

Secure Payments:

We accept multiple payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Cash On Delivery (COD) for your convenience and secure payments. All transactions are processed through a leading payment gateway provider in the UAE that is completely secure and PCI compliant.
