Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

Launched in 2023 and crafted by master perfumers Hamid Merati-Kashani — the nose behind Parfums de Marly's legendary Herod and Layton — and Ilias Ermenidis, Parfums de Marly Althaïr Eau de Parfum was the house's standout launch of the year and has quickly earned a devoted following. In the words of Parfums de Marly founder and artistic director Julien Sprecher: "Althaïr explores a majestic, subtle and surprisingly fresh vanilla that is elegant, generous and charismatic." He was not wrong.
The opening hits with a warm, spiced burst of cinnamon, cardamom, bergamot, and orange blossom — immediately captivating and distinctly Parfums de Marly in its confidence and generosity. The cinnamon is vivid and slightly sweet, the cardamom adding a clean, aromatic warmth alongside the bergamot's bright citrus lift. The orange blossom bridges the spice and the sweetness with a soft floral quality that prevents the opening from tipping into purely gourmand territory. The heart is where Althaïr settles into its most compelling character: bourbon vanilla and elemi resin arriving together in a combination that is creamy, slightly smoky, and genuinely sophisticated — the elemi adding a fresh, lemon-resinous texture that lifts the vanilla into something airier and more interesting than a conventional sweet composition. The dry-down of praline, ambroxan, guaiac wood, and musk is warm, woody, and skin-close — the praline adding a caramelised depth that is comforting rather than cloying, and the ambroxan extending the longevity and projection beautifully.
On skin, Althaïr wears with a warm, enveloping presence — not quiet and intimate, but not overpowering either. It strikes the ideal balance between presence and refinement that Parfums de Marly consistently delivers at its best. Longevity is exceptional, consistently reported at 10–12 hours on skin, with the ambroxan base ensuring the fragrance stays detectable long after most would have faded. In Dubai's climate, this is unequivocally a cooler-months and evening fragrance — the cinnamon and praline combination deepens magnificently with skin warmth in air-conditioned environments, while the guaiac wood base keeps it from becoming cloying in indoor settings.
