Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

Launched in 2019 by perfumers Antoine Maisondieu and Guillaume Flavigny, Born in Roma was created as a modern aromatic vetiver fragrance and marked the beginning of Valentino's now-extensive Born in Roma collection. The name draws directly from Rome itself, a city the brand describes as one where past and present coexist, and the fragrance was built to tell a story of self-expression rather than follow a conventional masculine template. It opens with an unconventional trio of violet leaf, mineral notes and salt, a cool, faintly briny start that feels closer to a rainy Roman street than a typical citrus-driven opener. The heart brings in ginger and sage, an earthy, spicy warmth that grounds the freshness above it and lends the fragrance a sense of timeless elegance. The base settles into smoked vetiver and woody notes, a smooth, grounded finish that ties the entire composition together with real depth.
