Promotion Terms

Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ currently runs two separate promotional offers. Each offer has its own eligibility rules, gift, and validity period. These are distinct promotions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Please read the relevant section carefully before placing an order.

Promotion A: Free Gift with Purchase (Orders of AED 500 and above)

Offer: Choose a free gift with any qualifying order.

Eligibility

Open to all customers, UAE-wide, on qualifying purchases made through the Bond Luxury website.

Threshold

Applies automatically once the merchandise subtotal (before shipping fees, and after any other discount codes are applied, unless stated otherwise) reaches AED 500 or more in a single order.

The Gift

Customer selects one free gift of their choice from a designated gift selection displayed at checkout. Available gift options are shown on the product/cart page and may be updated periodically.

Stock Limitations

Gifts are offered while stocks last. If a selected gift becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to substitute it with a gift of equal or greater value, or notify the customer of alternative options. Availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

Expiry

This promotion is ongoing until withdrawn or amended. Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to change, suspend, or end this offer at any time without prior notice; orders placed before any change will honor the terms active at the time of purchase.

Limit

One free gift per qualifying order (not per item). Multiple free gifts are not awarded for orders significantly exceeding the AED 500 threshold, unless stated otherwise at checkout.


Promotion B: Newsletter Welcome Gift (First Order of AED 300 and above)

Offer: Subscribe to the newsletter via the website pop-up and receive a free surprise gift on your first order over AED 300.

Eligibility

Limited to new subscribers only, who sign up through the website newsletter pop-up and have not previously placed an order with Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ. One redemption per customer, per household, and per email address. Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ may verify eligibility and cancel duplicate or fraudulent claims.

Threshold

Applies to the customer's first order only, with a merchandise subtotal of AED 300 or more (before shipping, after other discounts unless stated otherwise). The relevant discount/promo code issued at signup must be applied at checkout.

The Gift

A surprise gift, selected by Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ at its discretion. The specific item is not disclosed in advance and will vary; no substitution requests will be accepted for this promotion.

Stock Limitations

Subject to availability while stocks last. If no surprise gift is available at the time of dispatch, Bond Luxury reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable value or offer an alternative reward.

Limit

One surprise gift per new customer, redeemable only once, on the first order only. Not valid on subsequent orders.


General Terms (Apply to Both Promotions)

  • No cash value. Free gifts have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for credit.
  • Cannot be combined. Promotion A and Promotion B are separate and independent offers. A customer's first order may only qualify for one or the other, based on which threshold and eligibility criteria are met, unless Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ explicitly states both apply.
  • Order value basis. Unless stated otherwise, thresholds are calculated on the product subtotal, excluding shipping, and after any other applicable discount codes — not the final amount after gift value.
  • Returns and refunds: If a qualifying order (or the portion of it that meets the threshold) is returned, cancelled, or refunded such that the order no longer meets the minimum spend, Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to request the return of the free gift or deduct its value from the refund.
  • Right to amend: Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw either promotion, including thresholds, gifts, or eligibility, at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Fraud and misuse: Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZreserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of abuse, duplicate accounts, or misuse of either promotion.
  • Availability disclaimer: All gifts are offered subject to stock availability. Bond Luxury makes reasonable efforts to fulfill gift selections but does not guarantee availability of any specific item at time of order.
  • Governing terms: These promotions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and are subject to Bond Luxury L.L.C-FZ's general Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
