Cash On Delivery (COD)

Bond Luxury offers Cash on Delivery as a payment option for customers who prefer to pay upon receiving their order. Please review the terms below before selecting COD at checkout.


1. Availability

Cash on Delivery is available for orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates. Bond Luxury reserves the right to restrict, disable, or refuse COD as a payment method for specific orders, locations, or customers at its discretion — including in cases of previous failed deliveries, high-value orders, or suspected fraud/misuse.

2. COD Handling Charge

  • A non-refundable handling fee of AED 10 applies to all orders where Cash on Delivery is selected as the payment method.
  • This charge is separate from, and in addition to, any shipping/delivery fees applicable to the order.
  • The COD handling fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed, and will be itemized separately on the order summary and invoice.
  • This fee applies regardless of order value and is not waived by any ongoing promotion, discount code, or free-shipping threshold, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Payment at Delivery

  • Payment must be made in full, in cash, in AED, at the time of delivery, directly to the courier.
  • Please ensure the exact amount or reasonably close change is available; couriers may not always be able to provide change for large denominations.

3A. Online Payment Link at Delivery

  • For added convenience and security, our delivery partner may offer customers the option to complete payment via a secure online payment link instead of cash at the time of delivery. This link is generated through our courier partner's payment system and allows payment by card in place of physical cash handover.
  • Use of the payment link is optional and offered at the courier's discretion based on availability in your area; cash remains the default and guaranteed payment method for all COD orders.
  • The AED 10 COD handling fee (see Section 2) applies equally whether payment is made in cash or via the online payment link.
  • Bond Luxury is not responsible for any technical issues with the payment link at the point of delivery; if the link fails, payment in cash will be required to complete the delivery.
  • All payments made via this link are processed securely by our courier partner and are subject to their standard payment processing terms.

4. Order Confirmation & Verification

  • Bond Luxury reserves the right to contact customers by phone or email to confirm COD orders before dispatch, particularly for high-value orders.
  • Orders may be cancelled if verification cannot be completed within a reasonable time frame.

5. Failed or Refused Deliveries

    • When a delivery attempt fails, Quiqup's system automatically processes the order for redispatch with multiple attempt protocols. 
    • Failed orders are first returned to Quiqup's warehouse by the courier, then automatically redispatched the next morning under standard Next Day delivery, provided the address is correct and the customer hasn't requested cancellation. 
    • For the third attempt, Quiqup gives a 72-hour window to get customer confirmation before making that attempt — if there's no response in that window, the order is processed for return to origin instead. The third attempt only happens after the customer confirms, and if it fails too, the order is automatically returned to origin with the customer notified that no further attempts will be made. 
    • To reach customers, Quiqup contacts them proactively — first via WhatsApp, waiting 24 hours for a response, then by direct phone call if there's no reply, and finally returns the order to origin if all contact attempts fail.

    6. Refunds on COD Orders

    • If a COD order is eligible for a refund (e.g., due to a return, cancellation, or defect) under Bond Luxury's [Return & Refund Policy], the product amount will be refunded according to that policy.
    • The AED 10 COD handling fee is non-refundable, as it reflects a service cost incurred at the time of order processing, except where the order was cancelled by Bond Luxury before dispatch through no fault of the customer.

    7. Right to Amend

    Bond Luxury reserves the right to change the COD handling fee, eligibility criteria, or discontinue COD as a payment option at any time, without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
