Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.
Exchanges are not available. Customers may return eligible items for a refund only.

Part of Le Labo's Home Collection, Encens 9 was created around the idea that perfume itself takes its name from "per fumum," Latin for "through smoke," making incense one of the oldest and most spiritually resonant materials in perfumery. Frankincense, once valued more highly than gold, sits at the core of the composition, softened by warm, resinous amber and ignited with the rich spice of clove, with smoky, woody patchouli and sandalwood rounding things out beneath a gentle wash of musk. The result is designed to bring a sense of serenity into a living space, encouraging a calm, contemplative state rather than an assertive, attention-grabbing scent.
Developed with a high concentration of fragrance oil, a custom wax blend, and a natural-fiber wick, the candle is hand-poured in the USA and presented in Le Labo's signature concrete vessel with a personalized kraft label. It's particularly well suited to a den, study, or any small, intimate space where a warm, incense-driven atmosphere can settle in and linger.
