Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

The opening is green, dark, and immediately distinctive — a dense cypress accord arriving like a walk into a forest after heavy rain, piney and slightly resinous, creating an atmosphere rather than simply a scent. The vetiver emerges quickly and becomes the undisputed soul of the composition — earthy, smoky, and rooty in a way that is simultaneously cold and warm, green and dark, natural and addictive. It smells like earth, damp wood, and ink all at once — complex without being complicated.
