Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

The Diptyque Hourglass Diffuser reinvents home fragrancing entirely. Rather than working continuously like a reed diffuser, it releases scent in a single, contained cycle: simply turn the hourglass over, and using a slow interplay of gravity and capillary action, the fragrance travels from one glass chamber to the other, gently perfuming the room over the course of about an hour — what Diptyque calls "the Diptyque hour." 34 Boulevard Saint Germain captures the scent of the maison's very first Paris boutique, an unusual, uncategorisable blend that reads as neither distinctly masculine nor feminine. It opens with fresh, green, slightly spiced accords, layered with damp moss and crushed blackcurrant leaves, before settling into sun-dried fig leaves, warm woods and balms.
This diffuser is best suited to smaller spaces — under 20m², such as a bedside table, desk, or bookshelf — where its subtle, gradual release can be properly appreciated. The hourglass itself is designed to be kept as a decorative object and can be refilled twice with the same fragrance once it runs its course.
