Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

Launched in 2025 and created by Christine Nagel, Hermès Terre d'Hermès Eau de Parfum Intense is the most ambitious and unexpected entry in the Terre family to date — a fragrance that takes the iconic Terre DNA and evolves it into something darker, more complex, and more brooding without ever losing the essential character that made the original a modern classic.
Where the Eau de Toilette is bright and mineral, and the Parfum is warm and cedar-driven, the Intense takes a different direction entirely. A deep, woody fragrance that combines lively bergamot with warm wood, underpinned by the mineral notes of intense lava stone — the familiar Terre opening arrives, but what follows is genuinely unexpected. Coffee and licorice emerge at the heart — gourmand and slightly bitter, adding a roasted, earthy warmth that feels entirely new in this line. The lava stone note grounds the composition with a dusty, mineral warmth — warmer and gentler than the original's flint, but no less distinctive. The woody base is the same essential Terre quality wearers know and love, deepened and enriched by the gourmand heart that surrounds it.
On skin, Terre d'Hermès Intense is a grower rather than a shower — it takes time to fully unfold, and rewards patience with a composition that evolves beautifully over hours. Longevity is exceptional, reaching 12 hours or more — one of the strongest performing Hermès fragrances across the entire Terre line.
