Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

The opening is fresh and slightly tart — wild blackberries and neroli arriving together in a combination that is bright, fruity, and immediately distinctive. There is a slight bitterness to the blackberry that keeps it from reading as simply sweet — it has an almost ink-like quality that gives the fragrance its mysterious edge.
