Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

In Carolina A. Herrera's own words, "softness can also be a form of power" — and this fragrance proves exactly that.
The opening is clean and immediately appealing — bergamot and bitter almond arriving together in a combination that is fresh, slightly green, and subtly sweet. The almond has a cool, slightly sour quality that keeps the opening from reading as purely sugary — sophisticated and feminine at once.
