Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.
Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

Launched in August 2018 by perfumer Clément Gavarry, Cloud was created by Ariana Grande as a joyful, optimistic scent meant to express positivity and hope, packaged in a soft blue, cloud-shaped bottle that quickly became one of her most recognisable releases. It opens with a dreamy blend of lavender blossom, juicy pear and bergamot, bright and slightly fruity from the very first spray. The heart is where the fragrance turns indulgent, layering whipped crème de coconut, praline and vanilla orchid for a dessert-like sweetness. The base settles into musk and creamy woods, wrapping the whole composition in a soft, cashmere-like warmth.
On skin, Cloud wears sweet, soft, and easygoing — a fragrance built for everyday wear rather than a heavy evening statement, equally suited to work or casual days out. This set pairs the signature 100ml Eau de Parfum with a generous 118ml Body Mist and a 100ml Body Soufflé, letting you layer the same coconut-praline-vanilla character across your skin for a softer, longer-lasting version of the scent.
