Perfumes and cosmetics must have their seal fully intact — once opened, they cannot be returned. Exception: defective, damaged, or incomplete items. if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incomplete, it is eligible for return and refund regardless of the above condition, since the fault isn't yours.
Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

The opening is immediately vivid — bergamot, grapefruit, and petitgrain arriving together with a crisp, citrus-forward brightness that feels like the Mediterranean in a bottle.
