Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items, subject to eligibility conditions.

Eligibility: If the product is defective, damaged or incomplete. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Perfumes and cosmetics must have sealed packaging intact.

Refunds: Refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

Exchanges are not available. Customers may return eligible items for a refund only.
